Jamaican Jerk Chicken Wings – Plump Chicken Wings baked in a sweet, spicy and smoky glaze.
Shrimp or Crawfish Fritters – Tender shrimp or crawfish, whole corn kernels and spices are mixed with a cornmeal batter and flash fried crispy on the spot.
Mini Crab Cakes – Crab meat is delicately mixed in a light and tangy mayonnaise with red, green and yellow peppers and breaded with Japanese Panko crumbs then fried to a golden brown. Lots of crab in these cakes.
